By engaging with Escapenesia’s services, you agree to comply with these legally binding terms.

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • Booking: Bookings can be made online through our website or via our official representatives. A booking is considered valid once we receive a deposit or full payment, as specified for the chosen package.
  • Payment: We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated during the booking process. Full payment must be completed by the specified due date to confirm your reservation.

2. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • By Escapenesia:
    • Itinerary modifications or cancellations may occur due to:
      • Force majeure (natural disasters, extreme weather)
      • Government regulations
      • Safety concerns
    • Alternatives or refunds will follow Indonesian Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999).
  • By Customer:
    • Cancellation fees apply based on notice period:
      • 30 days: 20% of total
      • 15-30 days: 50% of total
      • <15 days: No refund
    • Changes subject to availability and fees.

3. PRICING & INCLUSIONS

  • Pricing:
    • Quoted prices are fixed upon booking confirmation.
    • Excludes sudden tax/fee increases mandated by Indonesian authorities.
  • Inclusions:
    • Services included in the package are detailed in the package description. Additional services or personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.

4. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

  • Travel Documents:
    • Valid passport, visas (if required), and health certifications (e.g., vaccination proof) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Travel Insurance:
    • Strongly recommended to cover:
      • Trip cancellation
      • Medical emergencies
      • Lost belongings

5. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Escapenesia is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party actions, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. CONDUCT & SAFETY

  • Code of Conduct:
    • Respect local customs and Indonesian laws.
    • Disruptive behavior may result in termination without refund.
  • Safety Protocols:
    • Follow guide instructions; non-compliance voids liability.

7. COMPLAINTS AND FEEDBACK

If you have any complaints during the trip, please inform your guide or our representative immediately so we can address the issue. We also highly value your feedback to help us improve our services.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are regulated under Indonesian Law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of SURABAYA District Court.
